The same idea as the smaller hydrating cleanser, in the bottle you keep in the shower for everyone. A mild, sulfate-free cleanse carrying ceramides and urea, so washing daily stops being the thing that dries you out.

Who should skip it
Not a fragranced bath product. If you have an open wound, an active infection, or unexplained skin changes, speak to a clinician before adding anything new.
The 60-second version
Wet skin with lukewarm water, work a generous amount into a lather with your hands or a soft cloth, and massage for 30–60 seconds. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry — never rub. Follow with a body moisturiser while the skin is still slightly damp.
The step that matters most
The five minutes after the shower matter more than the shower. Moisturise while skin is damp.
Before you start
Check feet and legs for cuts, cracks, or blisters before washing. On diabetic skin, small breaks deserve attention rather than a new product.
