Where this tube fits
Feet carry the whole day. On diabetic skin they are also the hardest place to notice a problem early.
-
Socks and shoes go on
Thick heel skin under load from the first hour of the day.
-
Pressure builds
Sensation can be reduced. A rub you cannot feel is still a rub.
-
Shoes off, feet checked
Cuts, cracks, blisters, colour changes. Look before you apply anything.
-
Cream, then cotton socks
The richest thing in the range, with eight uninterrupted hours to work.
Diabetic Hydrating Cleanser
Shower cleanse that does not leave skin tight.
Diabetic Moisturizing Cream
Daily barrier support for body skin.
Diabetic Magnesium Lotion
After bath or before bed, for tightness.
Diabetic Foot Cream
Heels and soles that need more than lotion.
A 90 g tub lasts roughly 6–8 weeks applied to both feet nightly.
What it actually does
Feet are the highest-stakes skin on a diabetic body
Heels crack because the skin there is thick, dry and under load all day. On diabetic feet — where sensation can be reduced and healing is slower — a fissure is not a cosmetic problem. This is a richer, targeted cream for the one area that needs more than a body lotion.
Rich, but it sinks in
Heavier than a body lotion and still absorbs. A foot cream that stays greasy is a foot cream that stays in the drawer.
Softening thickened skin
Built for the load-bearing skin of the heel and outer sole, where an ordinary body lotion does nothing at all.
Left to work
Applied last thing with cotton socks over the top, it gets the longest uninterrupted run of any step in the range.
Formula
What is in it, and why
A short list, chosen for what diabetic-prone skin is short of — not for what reads well on a label.
Urea 10%
Urea (10%)
The concentration this cream is built around. At ten per cent urea both draws water in and actively softens thickened heel skin.
Natural AHAs
Alpha Hydroxy Acids
Loosens the hard, built-up layer on heels and soles that an ordinary body lotion cannot get through.

Who should skip it
Do not use on an open crack, an ulcer, or a wound that is not healing — that needs a clinician the same week, not a cream.
The 60-second version
Wash and dry the feet, then work the cream into the heels, soles and any rough patches. Avoid the skin between the toes, which stays damp on its own. Cotton socks afterwards help it work overnight.
The step that matters most
Check your feet every day. Reduced sensation means a cut can go unnoticed, and on diabetic skin that is the thing that turns serious.
Before you start
Check feet and legs for cuts, cracks, or blisters before washing. On diabetic skin, small breaks deserve attention rather than a new product.

Before you buy
Questions, answered
How often should I use it?
Daily, and at night if heels are cracking.
Should I use it between my toes?
No. That skin stays moist by itself and a rich cream there can cause problems.
My heel has an open crack — can I use this?
Not on the open crack. See a clinician; on diabetic feet that is not a wait-and-see situation.
Can I use a pumice stone first?
Gently at most, and never on numb or broken skin. Ask your podiatrist if you are unsure.
Why not just use body lotion?
Heel skin is far thicker. A light lotion sits on top of it rather than softening it.
