The 60-second version
Wet the face with lukewarm water, work a small amount between your fingers and massage gently for around thirty seconds. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Follow with a moisturiser while the skin is still slightly damp.
The step that matters most
Once or twice a day is plenty. Over-washing is a common cause of the tightness people are trying to fix.
Before you start
Check feet and legs for cuts, cracks, or blisters before washing. On diabetic skin, small breaks deserve attention rather than a new product.
